It is made from 100% cotton fabrics  (different on both sides) and lined with 100 % cotton flannel. 
The zipper matches the color of the fabrics.  
The bag is not interfaced, it is scrunchable, tossable and very very washable - ask me how  I know... ;-)
 
It measures approximately 9 1/4" x 11" and has a small gusset. Strap length is about 4" and it is lined (as always) with rayon velvet.
